As an ISO\TS16949 company, we utilize the four phases of APQP along with PPAP to ensure parts meet all the customer requirements and give production department a capable process. Quality Assurance is maintained through continuous improvement based on customer and employee feedback.

gagesQuality Assurance uses GAGEtrack to oversee and maintain all gauges used in the production of parts. All gauges are calibrated on a regular cycle and tagged with calibration due date which is generated through the GAGEtrak system. QMTW uses a variety of variable and attribute gages to ensure the dimensions meet print specifications. SQCpack provides the Cpk value that is used to evaluate processes and equipment stability.
